Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in Roanoke has formed the Special Asset Services Group and named Senior Vice President Thom Hubard (right) as its leader.Hubard has 25 years’ experience managing troubled assets for financial institutions and government agencies while implementing optimal exit strategies. He will be joined by Bryan Musselwhite.
